Katarina Banov Trošelj

Katarina Banov Trošelj is an assistant at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka where she collaborates in conducting courses in the field of general psychology and work psychology. She is a doctoral student at the Postgraduate doctoral program in psychology at the University of Rijeka. Her research interests include work-family interface and the similarity of romantic couples in vocational interests. Since completing her postgraduate education in systemic family therapy, she holds the European Psychotherapy Certificate. She is currently an associate on the project The Effects of Personality, Emotions and Social Processes in Interpersonal Contexts (University of Rijeka grant, principal investigator: prof. Igor Kardum, PhD).
